I was able to change rooms for one with a window (an error on my part when booking), I was able to stay a little longer than the time I had reserved without problem, and I would particularly like to thank them for the souvenir they graciously gave me as a souvenir. I recommend this hotel 👍🏼

There was no breakfast available but there was so many food outlets surrounding the hotel you didn't need the breakfast. The staff were exceptional and we loved our room with a beautiful balcony. We can't recommend the hotel enough.
